In liquid-cooled battery storage systems, cooling circuits must be regularly inspected, maintained, or expanded throughout the product’s life cycle. This requires well-designed service concepts. Drain points, usually located at the lowest point of the circuit, enable the targeted drainage of coolants during maintenance and service work. They support efficient management of the cooling system and facilitate work on individual components or system sections.
Integrated at the highest point of the cooling system, the single-sided flow stop valves allow for manual venting by connecting a line with a matching complementary contour.
With its experience in developing customer-specific thermal management solutions, VOSS integrates appropriate valves for manual drainage and venting into the system design at an early stage, thereby laying the foundation for maintenance-friendly complete systems.
