  • Battery energy storage systems

    We specifically transfer our fluid management expertise to stationary energy storage systems. Precisely designed tube systems for liquid cooling enable uniform temperature control and support high power densities as well as stable charging and discharging processes. Integrated, maintenance-free system solutions ensure maximum tightness, high operational safety and efficient integration into demanding architectures.

  • Liquid-cooled high-voltage charging harness

    Together with our cooperation partners Amphenol-Tuchel Electronics and the GG Group, we are developing a vehicle-side, actively cooled high-voltage charging cable assembly specifically designed for the highest charging harness am­pac­ity. Thanks to integrated thermal management system, material usage can be significantly reduced while maintaining the same performance. The result: faster charging, reduced space requirements, significantly lower weight and greater flexibility in installation.

  • Cooling plate technology

    Effective thermal management is crucial for the service life and performance of electric and hybrid vehicles. With our installation space-optimized and maintenance-free thermal management solutions, we ensure optimal battery temperature control.

  • Intercell cooling

    Intercell cooling enables stable temperatures and increases efficiency, safety and service life of modern battery systems. This requires flexible solutions that reliably compensate for radial tolerances arising during manufacturing and assembly. Elastic VOSS connection solutions keep the system tight, stable and evenly flowed through. The result: more compact modules, higher performance and a future-proof cooling concept.

  • Immersion cooling

    For particularly effective heat dissipation at high power density, VOSS develops customized thermal management systems for immersion cooling. To prevent static charging, we use electrically conductive, fiber-reinforced and recyclable materials. The result: high-performance, safe and environmentally friendly system solutions.
