The electro-hydraulic preassembly device has been developed for the fast and safe series assembly of cutting rings and 10° flared cones. Automatic tool recognition and tube end detection ensure maximum process reliability and reliably prevent assembly errors.

reliability. The answer is VOSS Type 90 Expert. The device automatically recognizes VOSS tools via integrated RFID chips and independently sets the appropriate parameters.
The new tube end detection provides additional process reliability: Preassembly is only enabled when the tube has been correctly inserted up to the base of the fitting. This allows errors to be detected and effectively prevented before the assembly process begins.
This reduces setup times and ensures reliable, precise results even with frequent tool changes – especially with narrow tube bends.
