Vehicle-side, liquid-cooled high-voltage charging harness
Together with our partners Amphenol-Tuchel Electronics and the GG Group, we are developing the world’s first vehicle-side, actively cooled high-voltage charging harness. The system combines the high-performance Power2Flow® charging cable, the optimized standard CCS2 charging socket CHARGESOK®, the high-voltage battery connection POWERSOK®, and a sophisticated, integrated thermal management system – perfectly tuned for maximum efficiency. The architecture is designed for the next generation of high-performance charging platforms.
A new approach: Integrated heat dissipation
Together, we are setting new standards in electric mobility. Thanks to the integrated heat dissipation within the charging system, our innovative harness design enables a reduction in the size of the electrical conductor by up to 70% - while maintaining comparable current-carrying capability. The result: faster charging, reduced space requirements, a 65% weight reduction, and flexible cable routing. All this for a charging capability of > 1 megawatt.
