The Control Expert Days 2026 will take place from May 20 to 21 and once again provide a key platform for innovative solutions in quality assurance and production processes. VOSS will also be present this year and looks forward to engaging in personal discussions with industry professionals.

The focus of our trade fair presence will be our digital solution ClickID. This AI-based wearable supports employees directly in the assembly process and detects assembly steps in real time. By combining motion and audio sensor technology, work steps such as the engagement of plug-in connections are reliably identified. This enables immediate error detection, reduces rework, and sustainably improves process quality.

A special highlight is the technical presentation by our AI expert Dr.-Ing. Justus Benning. He will demonstrate how modern sensor fusion of acceleration data and acoustic signatures enables a precise understanding of assembly processes. It becomes clear how even the smallest acoustic events contribute to reliable error detection and how AI-based models make quality measurable and reproducible directly at the workplace.
