22nd VOSS Football Tournament: 11,600 euros for the Wipperfürth Food Bank
This year’s 22nd VOSS Football Tournament once again brought together numerous colleagues, family members, friends and supporters of the company. In perfect summer weather, the event provided an ideal setting for sporting commitment, personal encounters and a varied program for the whole family.
From the morning onward, the sports grounds filled with participating teams and many visitors. On the pitch, the focus was on commitment, fair play and a positive atmosphere, while there was also plenty of room for exchange and time spent together. This combination has made the tournament a firm fixture in the VOSS calendar for many years.
We were particularly pleased that teams from our international subsidiaries also travelled to take part in the tournament. The event once again offered a valuable opportunity to strengthen exchange within the VOSS Group across locations and countries, and to bring colleagues together outside their everyday working environment.
There was also plenty on offer for families. Younger visitors were able to enjoy various activities and hands-on offers, including a bouncy castle, target shooting, a basketball tower, face painting and creative activities.
This year, the good cause was once again at the heart of the event: a total of 11,600 euros was raised for the Wipperfürth Food Bank. The proceeds from the tournament were doubled by the management. With this donation, VOSS and its employees are supporting an important organization in the region.
Our sincere thanks go to all organizers, helpers, participating teams, visitors and supporters. Through their commitment, the 22nd VOSS Football Tournament became a successful day for the VOSS community and provided valuable support for the Wipperfürth Food Bank.
