VOSS Automotive Recognized as Germany’s Most Innovative Automotive Supplier in the Deutschland Test

Wipperfürth, July 24, 2025 – In a climate marked by transformation and uncertainty, innovation matters more than ever. Amidst these challenges, recognitions such as the "Deutschland Test" for outstanding innovation offer a bright spot. VOSS Automotive, a mid-sized foundation-owned company focused on holistic system solutions for the automotive industry as well as for machinery and plant engineering, is one of these pioneers. With a top score of 100 points, VOSS Automotive leads the ranking and has been acknowledged as an outstanding innovator.

 

Millions of Online Sources Analyzed

The award is based on an extensive analysis of nearly 14,000 companies across 90 industries, conducted by the market research institute ServiceValue on behalf of Deutschland Test. Several hundred million online sources were evaluated between May 2023 and April 2025 to assess innovation-related aspects such as innovation activity, investments, research and development, product innovation, and technology (each weighted at 20 percent). Deutschland Test collects these ratings annually to help consumers and partners identify the companies with the highest innovative strength. Results are categorized by industry to ensure a fair comparison.

Innovative Technology Development Shapes Company Identity

VOSS Automotive is currently advancing developments in key areas of mobility transformation, particularly in alternative propulsion systems with integrated systems and components for thermal management. One example is the new cooled high-voltage charging harness, which enables ultra-fast charging in under five minutes. At the same time, VOSS is demonstrating its innovative strength with ClickID, an AI-based sensor glove for quality assurance in manual assembly processes.
