The Type 81 EasyPress is designed for tube outer diameters ranging from 6 to 42 millimeters and combines high assembly quality with maximum flexibility. Thanks to electronic press adjustment, setup effort is reduced to a minimum: the required parameters can be set within seconds using two control buttons, significantly shortening assembly times and minimizing potential sources of error. An integrated, clearly arranged adjustment table directly on the device provides additional process reliability.
Another practical advantage: no additional counter-holding plates are required during pre-assembly, as this function is performed by the integrated bracket. This saves time, reduces setup effort, and simplifies handling.
With a weight of only 7 kilograms and compact dimensions of 410 × 380 × 90 millimeters, the manually operated pre-assembly device is ideally suited for mobile applications. The powerful 18-volt lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 5 ampere-hours enables up to 200 working cycles per charge. A quick battery change ensures uninterrupted operation.
