Review of EVTech 2025: VOSS Sets New Standards in Thermal Management and Ultra-Fast Charging
Review of EVTech 2025: VOSS Sets New Standards in Thermal Management and Ultra-Fast Charging
From June 3 to 5, 2025, VOSS exhibited at the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo in Stuttgart – Europe’s leading trade fair for innovations in electric mobility. Our booth not only served as a hub for industry visitors but also as a stage for groundbreaking technological advancements.

Strong Interest in Thermal Management and Immersion Cooling
Numerous visitors took the opportunity to learn more about our latest solutions in thermal management and immersion cooling. At the heart of the exhibition was the in-depth exchange with experts, OEMs, and decision-makers from the industry. The feedback was clear: our technologies address the growing demands of modern e-mobility concepts.

World’s First Vehicle-Side Liquid-Cooled High-Voltage Charging Harness
A real highlight was our liquid-cooled high-voltage charging harness – developed in cooperation with Amphenol-Tuchel and GG Group. The system combines the powerful Power2Flow® cable, direct fluid cooling, and the optimized CCS2 connector CHARGESOK®. This unique combination enables charging currents of up to 1 megawatt – with reduced weight and maximum flexibility. The result: significantly shorter charging times, maximum efficiency, and a major leap toward scalable fast-charging infrastructure.

Highly Integrated Thermal Management Modules
Our fully integrated thermal management modules also drew great interest. These systems provide a holistic solution for regulating the temperature of the vehicle cabin, battery, and drivetrain. By integrating all relevant components – including pumps, actuators, and temperature sensors – our modules enable intelligent and precise control of all thermal functions.
Built on a future-proof AUTOSAR software architecture, they seamlessly connect to the vehicle’s central E/E infrastructure. The benefits go beyond performance: by reducing the AC refrigerant loop, components, weight, and the use of refrigerants can be significantly minimized – supporting both efficiency and sustainability.

Conclusion: Real Solutions for Real Challenges
E-mobility demands innovation – and VOSS delivers. Our technologies are gaining momentum because they don’t just sound visionary; they offer practical, future-ready answers to real-world challenges.
A big thank-you to all visitors, partners, and colleagues for the inspiring conversations, valuable insights, and consistently positive feedback.
We’re already looking forward to the next chapter – and to seeing you again at EVTech 2026!
